Meet The Team

Michele Johnson is a sales and operations manager with a lifelong background in hospitality, having worked in the industry since eighth grade, starting as an ice cream scooper. Born and raised in New Jersey, she began her career in golf clubs while attending the University of Delaware’s hospitality program, gaining hands-on experience from the ground up.

Known for her operational mindset and creative approach, Michele enjoys working with chefs to build custom menus and shape food and beverage experiences with intention from start to finish. Having lived in Corpus Christi, Texas and Honolulu, she brings a broad perspective to her work, shaped by exposure to different cultures, flavors, and approaches to hospitality.

Outside of work, Michele enjoys pickleball, thrifting, interior design, and spending time with her dogs, Rhys and Kobe, named after former Phillies first baseman Rhys Hoskins and the late, great Kobe Bryant.
