Coordinator’s Day · Monday, October 19, 2026
A day built for the people who plan the outings. Spend the afternoon with the Back Creek team, see what’s new for the 2027 season, play the course you’ll be booking, and stay for a Bavarian spread once the round is done. Returning and prospective outing coordinators are all welcome.
| 2:30–3:15 PM | Guest arrival, check-in, time on the driving range & pre-round bites |
| 3:30 PM | Shotgun start · nine holes of golf |
| 5:30 PM | Post-round Bavarian fare & seasonal sips |
Bring the team — up to four guests total, including you. Tell us who’s coming when you RSVP.
RSVP on the form below by Wednesday, October 14
