- Memorial Luncheon Menu I — Two or three entrées served with salad, starch, vegetable, dessert, and beverages (35-guest minimum).
- Memorial Luncheon Menu II — A sandwich board with soups and salads, chef’s choice of dessert, and beverages (25-guest minimum).
- Beverage Packages — Premium open bar, beer & wine, soft-drink packages, or a cash/consumption bar.

Each celebration of life package includes your choice of memorial luncheon menu, chef’s dessert, coffee, tea, and soft drinks. Every package also includes linens, centerpieces, display tables, and easels to help you display photos, keepsakes, or mementos. Beverage packages and bar service are available as add-ons.
How many guests can the space accommodate?
Back Creek Golf Club accommodates both intimate gatherings and larger memorial services, with private event space for up to 100 guests. Our Memorial Luncheon Menu II starts at a 25-guest minimum and Menu I at 35 guests, and our team can recommend the right room and layout for your group.
Are custom tributes or slideshows allowed?
Yes. Our event spaces include smart TVs that can display memorial slideshows and video tributes, so you can share photographs and memories with everyone who gathers to celebrate your loved one.
